These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PinasPGS Casino ("the Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to use PinasPGS Casino, as required by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations. Age verification is conducted during registration and KYC. The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts that are found to belong to persons under this age limit.
1.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is allowed to maintain one account only. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your account details, use the password recovery function or contact support.
1.3 Account Information Accuracy
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Any false or misleading information is grounds for account suspension. You must update your account information promptly if it changes.
1.4 Restricted Countries
PinasPGS Casino is intended for players residing in the Philippines. Players from countries where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to use the Platform. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must notify PinasPGS Casino immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. The Platform will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain security.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
Minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Processing times are immediate for GCash and Maya.
3.2 Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal is ₱500. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposits where possible. Processing time is within 24 hours for GCash and Maya during business hours.
3.3 AML Compliance
PinasPGS Casino complies with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act. Large transactions may be subject to additional verification. The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for significant deposits or withdrawals.
4. Bonus Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn — only winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn after meeting wagering requirements.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the bonus system is strictly prohibited. This includes creating multiple accounts, using prohibited betting strategies on bonus funds, or providing false information to obtain bonuses. PinasPGS Casino reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and suspend accounts where abuse is detected.
4.4 Game Contributions
Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute less, and some games may not contribute at all. Contribution percentages are specified in each bonus offer.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
11. Amendments
PinasPGS Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
